A Little About Laura
I have expressed my love of music from a very early age through piano, clarinet and voice. I was a member of numerous bands and choirs during school and achieved grade 10 piano at the Royal Conservatory of Music. As an adult I sang with a competitive women's chorus and taught piano lessons while my love of children led me to operating a home daycare. I am now combining my love of children and music by teaching Kindermusik. I sincerely believe in the foundation that early childhood music education provides for our children's future education as well as personal and social development.
What parents are saying Laura has done an excellent job of creating a programme that is approrpriate to the developmental level of the students and that introduces a number of musical concepts. She paces the class well and manages an excellent balance of movement and listening, sitting and dancing. As a music educator myself, I am VERY impressed with this class. -S.N.
